  • Civic Hatchback Sport, Si and Type R models also 10Best winners

The 2019 Honda Accord and Accord Hybrid plus the 2018 Civic Hatchback Sport, Si and Type R have been named to Car and Driver magazine’s 10Best list for 2019. With a winning history unmatched by any other vehicle, this year’s Accord win marks the 33rd time the model has made the prestigious 10Best list. For the Civic, the 2019 award is its seventh time on the 10Best list.

First introduced as a 2018 model, the 10th generation Accord redefined what the midsize mainstream sedan could be with dramatic styling, a more sophisticated and spacious interior and two powerful yet fuel-efficient turbocharged engines plus a fuel-sipping two motor hybrid powerplant. Being the sportiest variants of the Civic model lineup—that includes the Civic Hatchback, Sedan and Coupe—the Civic Sport Hatchback, Si and Type R offer customers an ascending level of chassis and powertrain performance and aggressive styling.
