The 2017 Civic and Fit have been included in KBB.com's 10 Coolest Cars Under $18,000 list, with Honda being the only brand with multiple vehicles recognized. Of the Civic, KBB.com editors state the car is "Roomy, comfortable, fun to drive, efficient, feature-packed and boldly styled," going on to say, "The impossibly well-rounded Civic also delivers all the refinement, reliability and reputation that typically accompany the Honda badge." Talking about the Fit, the KBB.com editors say of its interior packaging, "In addition to curiously cavernous rear-seat and cargo room, the Fit adds a uniquely flexible rear seat that folds down – or up – to accommodate a wide range of passenger/cargo configurations."
The 10 Coolest Cars Under $18,000 list is one of Kelley Blue Book's longest-running lists with criteria of included vehicles being that they are fun to drive, fun to own and include the very subjective "cool factor."
