Honda Civic Named Winner of Cars.com 2020 Compact Sedan Challenge

The 2020 Honda Civic took the crown against the Nissan Sentra and Toyota Corolla in the Cars.com 2020 Compact Sedan Challenge. Civic outperformed its newer competitors based on a number of categories, including drivability and storage capability.

"The 2020 Honda Civic won Cars.com's 2020 Compact Sedan Challenge, thanks to solid showings in many of the judging categories plus a few knockout blows to its competitors, specifically in the handling and in-cabin storage categories," said Jenni Newman, editor-in-chief of Cars.com.

The 10th-generation Honda Civic has maintained its leadership as America's retail best-selling passenger car for four consecutive years1, and the Civic line has been America's retail No. 1 compact car for a decade2. Today, Civic leads all vehicles, cars and light trucks, in sales to Millennials, Gen-Z, first-time and multicultural buyers3.
