Bradford joined Honda in August 1987 as a buyer supporting indirect procurement in the Purchasing Division of Honda of America Mfg., Inc., now HDMA, supporting Honda manufacturing operations in Ohio.
With more than three decades of procurement experience, she has held roles of increasing responsibility across the organization, primarily in the Purchasing Division – this includes roles in the localization of raw materials sourcing and supply chain sustainability.
In April 2018, Bradford was promoted to unit manager of North American purchasing and planning leadership, spanning both direct and indirect procurement.
In April 2021, with the establishment of HDMA, consolidating all manufacturing, R&D and purchasing operations into one company, Bradford was named Procurement Planning Department manager for North American Purchasing, where she helped guide planning and governance that supports procurement execution and long-range business needs.
In August 2023, Bradford assumed her current role leading the Indirect Procurement Division, which supports corporate and manufacturing operations across North America through strategic sourcing and supplier management for indirect goods and services.
In April 2026, Bradford also assumed the role of Chief Inclusion and Impact Officer of AHM, focusing on strengthening an inclusive culture, expanding community impact and advancing initiatives that support associate engagement and business performance. In her role, Bradford ensures that the Honda commitment to inclusion is reflected across all business areas and strengthened through strategic community partnerships.
