MJ (Mary Joann) Foxley is the safety strategy leader within the Sustainability Strategy Division of American Honda Motor Co., Inc., (AHM) responsible for leading development of the company’s strategic vision for safety education initiatives in the U.S.

Foxley joined American Honda in 2021. In her role, she leads multiple corporate programs and partnerships toward advancing safety education in the U.S. as part of Honda’s goal to achieve zero traffic collision fatalies involving Honda motorcycles and automobiles globally by 2050.

Prior to joining American Honda, Foxley held multiple roles in product planning, sales, marketing, distribution, parts & service, global business development, market representation, customer service, diversity & inclusion and organizational development at other major automakers.  

Foxley received a B.S. in International Business and Chinese Language & Culture from the University of San Francisco and graduate certificates in finance from the University of California, Los Angeles, and Global Business Leadership from The Ohio State University.
