Bob Brizendine is the senior vice president of the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) at American Honda Motor Co., Inc., (AHM), leading the company's enterprise-wide transformation efforts across North America by strengthening its digital, operational and cultural capabilities. As deputy lead of the Digital Unit at Honda Motor Co., Ltd. he also supports the global Honda digital strategy.

Brizendine joined Honda in 1988 as a system designer and developer in the Information Technology department at Honda of America Mfg., Inc., (HAM).

In 1991, Brizendine became a project leader responsible for several large and transformative IT projects in the manufacturing, supply chain and product costing domains at HAM.

In 2000, Brizendine was appointed manager of new IT systems development at HAM, responsible for planning and oversight of all new system development projects, including Honda external supplier-facing systems.

In 2004, Brizendine became senior manager of IT Planning and Strategy at HAM, leading the establishment of a unified manufacturing IT function for the company's North American production operations. 

In 2007, he became the assistant vice president of North American Manufacturing Information Technology at HAM. In this role, he was responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of IT services supporting nine Honda North American manufacturing plants, as well as supply chain and logistics operations.

In April 2013, Brizendine assumed the role of vice president of Information Technology at Honda North America, LLC, leading Honda through major IT consolidation initiatives across research and development, manufacturing and sales. During this period, he  played a key role in integrating digital capabilities across multiple product lines and business functions while advancing enterprise technology modernization.

In April 2025, Brizendine became senior vice president of Information Technology at AHM and deputy lead of the Digital Unit within Corporate Administration Operations at Honda Motor Co., Ltd. In these roles, he helped establish the strategic direction for the company's global digital capabilities while leading Information Technology services across North America.

In April 2026, Brizendine became the senior vice president of the newly established Enterprise Transformation Office at AHM. Working across all business functions, the organization transforms end-to-end enterprise workflows, enables AI to amplify human judgment and improve decision-making, and strengthens the company's digital, operational and cultural capabilities by embedding modern ways of working and activating the Honda Philosophy through everyday operating behaviors.

Outside of his roles at Honda, Brizendine serves as an advisory member to the Honda North American Board, chairman of the Global IS Management Board, executive member of the North American Risk Committee, North American Data Governance Committee and Inclusion & Diversity Executive Committee, and co-chair of the American Honda Data Privacy committee.
