Adam Gagnon is the vice president of Sales and Marketing at Honda Aircraft Company, LLC, based in Greensboro, N.C.
Gagnon joined Honda in February 2021, as a senior director in the Marketing Division of Honda Aircraft Company, where he led product marketing, marketing communications and product strategy.
In January 2023, Gagnon became the assistant vice president of Product Planning, where he led overall development and management for the startup of the HondaJet Echelon program, which continues today, and established the New Business Aircraft Program (NBAP) Division.
In April 2026, he was promoted to his current role as vice president of the Sales and Marketing Division, leading global sales and promotion efforts for Honda Aircraft Company.
Prior to joining Honda Aircraft Company, Gagnon spent over a decade in the commercial aviation industry, holding leadership roles in sales, marketing and product strategy.
Gagnon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Saint Louis University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington.
