Christine Lin is the assistant vice president of the Business Strategy Division within the Automotive Strategy business unit at American Honda Motor Co., Inc., (AHM), responsible for leading the development of enterprise strategy as well as integrating customer and market insights into the company's operations.

Lin joined Honda in 2017 as assistant manager in Organizational Development, where she helped lead enterprise transformation initiatives focused on leadership development, succession planning and organizational capability across North America.

In April 2018, Lin was promoted to serve as manager of Organizational Development.

In April 2021, she became the department lead for Customer Experience Strategy and Transformation, leading a multidisciplinary organization spanning customer analytics, research, design strategy, product management, change management and AI-enabled customer products.

In April 2026, Lin assumed her current position as assistant vice president of the Business Strategy Division.

Prior to joining Honda, Lin spent more than a decade advising Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and nonprofit organizations on strategy, organizational transformation and innovation.

Lin holds a B.A. in Psychology and Organizational Studies from Pitzer College in Claremont, Calif., and an M.B.A. from London Business School.
