Honda Marine will offer customers an industry first during the 2006 boat show season: a True 5-year, non-declining limited factory warranty. The program offers true Honda factory backing in comparison to outsourced, extended service contracts often provided by other manufacturers. It is available on Honda engines ranging from the BF40 through the BF225 purchased between January 1 and April 3, 2006. As with Honda Marine's standard warranty program, coverage for the True 5 limited warranty is the same on the last day as it is on the first.
