Petar Vucurevic is the senior vice president of Financial Services of American Honda Finance Corporation (AHFC), president of American Honda Insurance Solutions, LLC.
As the senior VP of AHFC, Vucurevic oversees all national operations and sales financing business, as well as corporate operations, marketing, risk, wholesale, customer and dealer communication, commercial lending, compliance, procurement and business process groups supporting Honda Financial Services and Acura Financial Services. As president of AHIS, a licensed insurance provider established in 2024, he is overseeing the market introduction of Honda-branded insurance products.
A Honda veteran of more than 20 years, Vucurevic joined AHFC in 2000 as assistant manager of National Branch Operations. He was promoted to manager of National Field and Sales Operations in 2001 and took on the role of manager of Business Development at the Midwest Regional office in 2004.
In 2006, he became manager of the Lease Maturity Center, responsible for managing the last six months of all Honda and Acura leases including end of term process and loyalty initiatives to support customer retention.
In 2009, Vucurevic became the regional manager of the Southwest Region, where he led regional operations of sales, credit, customer service, collection, dealer inventory financing, budgeting, and staffing.
In 2014, he was promoted to senior manager of Sales & Marketing and Dealer Financial Services, where he oversaw both national and regional incentives and Standard lease and retail rate programs.
In 2017, Vucurevic became assistant vice president of the National Field Operations & Sales division. In this role, he provided strategic and operational direction to nine regional locations, and oversaw dealer relations, financial services, credit, customer service, collections, inventory financing, sales, recruitment, and training.
In August 2020, he became vice president of AHFC.
In April 2023, Vucurevic was promoted to senior vice president of AHFC.
In July 2023, he took on additional responsibility as president of American Honda Insurance Solutions, LLC, that offers customers Honda-branded insurance products including auto insurance coverage for Honda and Acura vehicles, Honda motorcycles, ATVs and side-by-sides, as well as non-Honda, non-Acura vehicles, boats, RVs, homes, condos, rental homes and pets.
Vucurevic holds a B.S. in Finance, Real Estate, and Business Law from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, and earned an MBA from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California.
