Mike Langel is the assistant vice president of Acura National Sales, responsible for leading U.S. sales activities for the Acura brand.

Langel began his career at Honda in September 2008 as a district sales manager for the Motorcycle Division, based in St. Louis, Missouri.

In January 2013, he joined the Auto Sales Division as a senior district sales manager in the Central Zone, supporting Honda auto dealers, remaining in St. Louis.

In May 2014, Langel took on a new role as the senior district sales manager based in Chicago, Illinois.

In November 2015, he was promoted to assistant zone manager of Business Improvement for the Central Zone, working with Honda dealers on local and regional marketing initiatives.

In October 2017, Langel took on a new role as assistant manager of Acura National Sales & Incentives at the company's headquarters in Torrance, California, responsible for leading customer incentive programs and sales promotional activities.

In May 2019, he joined the Powersports Division as the zone sales manager for the Western zone, working with Honda powersports dealers and retailers in 15 states.

In January 2021, Langel returned to Auto Sales as the Acura zone sales manager for the Southeastern zone, responsible for sales, marketing, dealer relations and distribution operations.

In April 2023, he became the region manager of the Southeast region for Auto Sales, responsible for Honda and Acura auto sales and service operations in six Southeastern states along with export sales operations in 24 countries in the Caribbean and Central America.

In June 2024, Langel was promoted to his current role of assistant vice president of Acura National Sales.

Langel studied Marine & Small Engine Technology at Central Lakes College in Brainerd, Minnesota.
