Honda Rearview Report: December 3, 2016 - December 9, 2016

Whether you are looking for a machine for a short commute, off-road adventure or for reeling off highway miles, there is a Honda motorcycle or side-by-side to meet your needs. And we're excited to add to those dynamic choices with several new product launches.

The next gen Rebel 500 and Rebel 300 will inspire a new generation of riders to express themselves with a fresh take on custom cool. The Rebel is accessible and a lot of fun to ride slow and fast — great for day trips, jaunts to the coffee shops or even sporty sessions on winding roads.

If your off-road fun requires four wheels, there's the just introduced Pioneer 1000. Already the industry's benchmark multipurpose side-by-side, we've added two limited-edition versions featuring a new I-4WD system that is a direct result of Honda's automotive-engineering prowess. Never before used in the powersports industry, this intelligent system offers three great benefits: brake traction control, hill-start assist and electronic brake force distribution. It's truly an "adventure without compromise."

And since its introduction earlier this year the Africa Twin has taken the industry by storm, earning accolades and winning magazine shootouts. Thanks to a "True Adventure" design philosophy that draws on Honda's Dakar Rally heritage, the Africa Twin is equally adept at handling long-haul highway trips and dirt roads or trails.

Honda made its name in America with 2-wheel machines that were fun to ride and built on a foundation of quality and reliability. Our product line has grown considerably over the last 57 years, but the motorcycles, scooters, ATVs and Side-by-Sides in our powersports lineup continue to deliver on these core values.

To our associates, dealers and customers who have made 2016 a banner year, thanks for "Riding Red." And Happy Holidays!
