Patrick McIntyre

Patrick McIntyre is the division lead of the Performance Manufacturing Center (PMC) in Marysville, Ohio, within Honda Development & Manufacturing of America, LLC (HDMA). His responsibilites include overseeing the daily operations of PMC, which produces the only plug-in hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV) in America.

McIntyre began his career at Honda in 2003, as a buyer in the Purchasing Department of Honda of America Mfg., Inc., (HAM) now part of HDMA.

In 2006, he became a special project leader in Purchasing, responsible for optimizing the company's North American supply chain, supporting the installation of a common enterprise resource planning (ERP) system within Honda manufacturing facilities in North America. 

In 2010, he joined the Corporate Planning Department where he led the development and execution of HAM's annual business plan.

In 2017, McIntyre was promoted to department manager of Planning and Scheduling, continuing his business planning responsibilities while adding production control responsibilities for Honda's three auto plants in Ohio, as well as the Anna Engine Plant, Honda's largest engine plant in the world. 

In 2019, he became the manager of North America Resource Planning, where he helped lead the unification of the company's U.S. auto manufacturing operations with the establishment of HDMA, and the company's response to the COVID pandemic.

In 2021, McIntyre became director of North America Planning, where he assumed responsibility for developing and executing regional strategic plans for the newly established HDMA organization in alignment with global organizational objectives.

In April 2024, McIntyre assumed his current role as divison lead of PMC.

MyIntyre holds a B.A. in Business Management from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, and an MBA in Leadership and Supply Chain Management from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
